For over 40 years, The Trident Fish & Grill has been more than just a business to the Photiou family and owner Chris – it’s a legacy of commitment to family and quality.
Founded in 1984 in the UK, The Trident Fish & Grill started modestly but quickly became a beloved staple, celebrated for its fresh, quality food. After conquering the UK market, we ventured into Australia, opening our doors at the iconic Big Prawn in New South Wales in 2001. This was only the beginning of our Australian journey.
In 2019, we set roots in Alstonville, continuing our mission to deliver not just meals, but experiences – creating a hub where locals gather to enjoy not only the freshest fish, chips and burgers sourced from Australia & New Zealand but also a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like home.
